Birmingham based artist and performer Selina Thompson has hit the headlines this summer with her sell-out Edinburgh Fringe show.

Titled salt., Thompson’s one-woman show draws upon her trip on board a cargo ship in 2016 retracing the transatlantic slave trade route, which went from the UK to Ghana to Jamaica. A hard-hitting show, salt. received a range of glowing reviews from publications including The Scotsman and The Guardian, which described it as 'a piece that offers the gift of seeing the world through different eyes'.
